Investeren in groei voor Florès

Florès Natural Cosmetics (www.florescosmetics.nl) is een snelgroeiende producent van medical devices en cosmetische producten, gevestigd in Kampen. Florès ontwikkelt private labels en complete productlijnen in haar eigen R&D afdeling en laboratorium. Daarnaast produceert en verpakt zij medical devices en cosmetica in eigen huis in opdracht van haar klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

In de afgelopen jaren heeft Florès, waar ruim tachtig mensen werken, zich onder leiding van Jaap van der Spek zeer sterk ontwikkeld en tot tweemaal toe een FD Gazellen Award gewonnen.

Met de kapitaalinjectie en de strategische bijdrage van Batavorum Capital verwacht Florès verder te kunnen groeien door gerichte investeringen in productiefaciliteiten, productontwikkeling en haar organisatie. Om de verdere groei van de onderneming in goede banen te leiden, is Antoine Ligtvoet benoemd tot algemeen directeur. Jaap van der Spek blijft bij de onderneming betrokken als commercieel directeur en gaat zich volledig richten op het uitbouwen van de omzet en het klantenbestand.

Batavorum Capital verwerft met deze investering een meerderheidsbelang in de onderneming.

Batavorum investeert in jong kapitaal

Investing in further growth for Florès

Florès Natural Cosmetics (www.florescosmetics.nl) is a rapidly growing manufacturer of medical devices and cosmetic products, based in Kampen, the Netherlands. Florès develops specific private label products as well as complete product lines in its own R&D department and laboratory. In addition, it manufactures and packages medical devices and cosmetics in-house on behalf of its clients in the Netherlands and abroad.

In recent years, Florès, that employs 80 people, has developed strongly under the leadership of

Jaap van der Spek and twice won an FD Gazelle Award for high-growth companies.

With the capital injection and strategic contribution of Batavorum Capital, Florès aims to grow further through targeted investments in manufacturing, product development and in its organization. To manage the further growth of the company, Antoine Ligtvoet has been appointed as Managing Director. Jaap van der Spek will have a continued involvement in the company acting as Sales Director, focussing entirely on the development of the company’s sales and customer base.

Batavorum Capital acquires a majority stake in the company with this investment.
